Eglamore turns to you, distraught. "The Enigmorons will be here in only five days! I have only 100 spearmen and 50 archers, and it's rumored that they have five hundred soldiers! I just don't know what to do... The 50 archers will be able to kill 50 as they approach, and when we meet, they'll destroy another 50... but that still leaves 400 for our spearmen to contend with."

You have no idea how to fortify a city, and you suspect that Eglamore has already done the best that he can.

[Fortis]

Pray to Armok for victory.

Realize that archers aren't actually meant to be accurate but rather to be scary and coat the enemy in a rain of arrows.

You pray to Armok. Nothing happens.

You suddenly realize that the Lactosian archers are the best in the world and have magic powers. This cheers you up a bit.

You command the army to form up. They stare at you, then burst into laughter.

You ask Eglamore about recruiting the peasants. He replies, "We don't really have enough weapons for that, and the townspeople aren't trained in warfare. If you want to try, though, there's some houses to the east - Dr. Donlan also lives there, he might be able to help you out. And to the west there's a lot of things - the blacksmith's shop, an abandoned shack, and the local tavern. To the south is the town square, which leads to some other things."

[Faden]

Ask Dr.Donlan to build a killbot.

[Cheddarius]

You go east to Dr. Donlan's house and talk to him. "Killbot? What are you talking about? I have some things you might be interested in, but I don't know what a 'killbot' is..."

[Digital Hellhound]

Ask Eglamore what he's doing away from the Court.

[Cheddarius]

You head back to the wall and talk to Eglamore. "Court? What are you talking about?"

[Digital Hellhound]

Smile mysteriously and laugh, then return to Doc Donlan.

[Cheddarius]
