Your high crit counts regardless of this! I'm sure we'll find a gem for you soon, Kelly Bear, but Frost, with his double attack dice, is the best suited to deliver the effects of this one. At least, that's my proposal for where it goes.

How's his double attack dice work? I was never really clear what Oath of Enmity did.

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

Oath of Enmity is an encounter power, but you get it back when its target hits 0HP.
You choose a target you can see within 10 and then, as long as they're the only enemy adjacent to you, you get to roll twice and take the better result on any melee attacks against that enemy. Also, if you get to reroll for some reason, you get to roll the reroll twice.
This means that they have a 9.475% chance to crit with each attack, compared to the average character's 5%.

Avengers generally pick a target, fight it on its own (they have quite a few powers to separate enemies from groups and features that punish their oath of enmity target for running away from them) until it's dead, and then choose another enemy to do it all over again with.

Fluffwise, the avenger is shouting "MY GOD HATES YOU AND SO YOU MUST DIE IMMEDIATELY!"

Avengers are strikers not in that they do a lot of damage on any one hit, but they hit very reliably, and can gain the maximum advantage for any effects related to critical hits.

Interesting. Guess it is an avenger gem then.

Interestingly enough we have not yet dealt with enemies that are going to run away yet.

This seems like it could be interesting. Is it open registration?

EDIT: If it is and I'm allowed in, I'd like to request a sentient campfire who can move of its own volition and is very difficult to hit with physical attacks, though is vulnerable to most non-fire magic (especially ice and cold, though notably water not being special in its vulnerabilities), must always be anchored to a physical object (imagine a slug), and will light ANYTHING flammable it comes into contact with on fire. I'll need help with the specifics, though.

Uhh... probably not, considering the game already has 6 people and has been running for quite a while. What is up with the campfire thing anyway?

Lies, this is made for Kelron. With my High Crit... hehehe.

High Crit?

Kelron uses a Scythe, which has the High Crit property. This just adds extra damage when they crit.

Ah, but it doesn't actually increase crit rate occurrence?

Does anyone besides Frost have something that does that?

No, not at the moment.
The only reason Frost has more common crits is because he rolls twice. If he increased his crit range it would be even more extreme.

If anyone in the game is reading this, rampant technical issues have occurred, and I can't play. Feel free to sit me out or let someone else run me, whichever you prefer.

Internet access is fine, but I can't put the necessary programs on this computer. My apologies.

Oh!  I forgot to add one last thing besides a request for a plan of action.  You also need to level up your characters.  You're level 2 now.

Hrm... Well, the group decided to head back to The Muddy Hole, were the Thieves' Guild was planning on pulling out of the area. We convinced them to move to that old stone tower we found instead, and as they were thoroughly impressed with the location, each paid us 200 gold and gave us a pat on the back, then one guy in the guild named Shep invited us over for dinner.

Simple enough, yes? Yeah... no. There was also some major plot exposition concerning a woman named Deola Ashukiel, who has apparently pissed off a lot of people and is some sort of cultist/vampire/necromancer/ghost hybrid thing that drains people's life energy to give her eternal youth. She hurt Frost personally, Kelron has a lucrative contract to bring her in, and I was tasked by my church to do the same. Apparently the Thieves' Guild captured her and are planning on her execution, but we all know how well that will work out for them.

I assume I'm late for the party?
Very.
