Cesium blows up extremely violently in contact with water AND leaves behind a dangerous acid. Discuss.

Anything that reactive tends to be only found in a pre-reacted state though, so you aren't going to be able to get any till way after the appropriate time period. And if you don't care about whether your dwarves can get the stuff, you may as well just start on a list like this:
