this is my first RTD, so don't be surprised if it's terrible.
you are all warriors from the kingdom of mu, and you were each tasked to kill a different creature that has tormented the land. you may ally if you wish, but the monsters all live separately from each other.

backstory: I am the greatest knight of the king of mu.
otherstuff: I still have my sword and shield from when I was a knight before I was hired to destroy a creature.

backstory: Able to use a sword & shield combo as well as bow & arrows, I also posses a vast amount of knowledge about wildlife
other stuff: Full steel armor, sword and shield, Yew bow and arrows, 5 empty flasks

Name: Terra Hex
class: mage
preffered magic:fire/earth
backstory: Terra [this time a girl...I wanted to shake things up okay) always spent her life being told that her name meant earth... and that she would someday be an earth mage. but she didn't want to be an earth mage. she studied fire magic with the moon and earth magic with the sun. when she was found out, she ran from home when her private studies were banned. now she wants to kill the creature with her kind of magic, just to prove that she can.
Stuff: robes, tome of fire, tome of earth, staff, compass, map, potion of healing

preferred magic: Divine/Healing
backstory: Brought up in the times of the dark lord, Deakon fought to protect his religion and his ways againsts the evils of the land. After protecting the religion with such valour, he was named The Holy One, and the people of the land swear that he must of been blessed by the gods.
other stuff: Wearing Holy Robes with the sign of a a eagle surronded by white light on its back, and hood over his head scrowding his face, holding a staff with a guilded cross on the top of it, glowing with a ring of pure light on top (made of pure marble and blessed wood), a book of the holy ones in his other hand, and a backpack with a blessed sacrifical knife in it.

Name: Monet Steeler
Class: Theif
Backstory: He is a theif Serf in the neighboring Kingdom. He w
is smart, and invented many paraphanelia to aid him in stealing such as rudimentary smoke powder and footstep quieting shoes. However, he is not sneaky at all, and tends to give himself away, so balanced with his technology he is an average theif at best. He ran to the kingdom of Mu when he got caught. He is wanted by the other kingdom.
Other stuff: has a tunic and trousers, a few smoke bombs, footstep silencing shoes, camoflauging powder to smear on clothes (in black, dark green, light green, deep purple, and gray), a large bounty on his head, and an empty flask.

the king has brought you before him. "brave warriors, thank you for coming. i have a task for you all. great beasts have been tormenting our land, and you have been tasked to slay them. the beasts are as follows:
goter, you have been tasked to kill a dragon which has been burning the crops.
batista, you must defeat an ogre that has been eating our livestock.
terra, you must defeat the lich king, who has been kidnaping citizens and turning them undead.
deakon, you must defeat the great chimera og'nithax, who has destroyed our homes.
and monet, you must face the kobold lord meepo, who has combined himself with machines of his creation to make an ultimate kobold!
NOW GO!"

I head to town that is closest to the ogre

I go to a blacksmith to see if they can make me better armor, this armor is kind of uncomfortable

I pray to the holy gods for strength, wisdom and guidence along my journey, before heading to the nearist tavern to hear where the beast lives

I study my spell books to learn more fire magic.

batista: your trip is uneventful. you reach the kingdom of ray.
monet: you get to eag. you manage to steal one whole gold before someone spots you.
goter: "ya got any monay?"
deakon: you manage to find out that "it livesh at that town with the talking catsh."
terra hex: you learn FLAME BOLT!
