If true, then I say Gamma Quadrant! BWAHAHAHA! :)

Seriously though, its a cool idea, but needs some information about how we play.

The normal way of controlling such games is that the community as a whole controls the single charecter, who, depending on seriousness, either has severe schizophrenia or acts to the popular vote.

you are all playing one single hive mind
and Beta would have been FUUUUUUUUUN
because you have a Quadrant of which 80% of the Planets are habitated(for Warhammer fans think of Empire) by nerly just one single species...

Alpha however is probably the most easiest as the Quadrant there is just to 30% Populated, mainly split up between 10 races, what makes a 3% part of the Quadrant for each Civilization...

Votes:

Alpha 5
Beta 3
Gamma 2
Delta 0

After wheighing your decisions, the several fragments of your mind settle on the answer that you should begin with the Alpha Quadrant. Finally your frail body, not more than some 1cm worm-like thing, crashes back into reality and gets propelled into a very small system at the fringe of one of those small aspiring star empires. Your senses tell you that none of those ten puny little star empires knows of another, which gives you a great advantage in your effort. Others of you nearly omniscience senses tell you that the system in which you are going to end consists of 2 habitated planets and a small greenish star:

Unkown Planet A:

Atmosphere:
20% Nitrogen, 30% carbon-dioxide, 50% O2

Percentage of Landmasses:
30% Water(H2O)
70% Land

Lifeforms:
40% Plant-life
20% Land-living sentient(mammals, reptiles, amphibians)
5% Sapient Life
35% Others,Insects,Birds,Fish

Sapients:
Humanoid
Iron Age

Unkown Planet B:

Atmosphere:
(outside of sapient structures):80% Nitrogen, 15% Oxygen, 5% unstable Gases
(inside of sapient structures): 80% Methane, 10% Nitrogen, 10% Oxygen

Percentage of Landmasses:
50% Water (Bromine)
50% Land

Lifeforms:
80% Plant-life
5% Bird(ERROR: WRONG CLASSIFICATION)
15% extra-terrestial Sapients

Sapients:
Arthropod
Space-Faring(System-Range)

OOC:I hope that is enough  Information for you about your new base of OPerations you now must decide wheter to land on the Iron Age/ Earth-Like Planet or the Colony of an Arthropod-Race. Planet Name Suggestions, Race Suggestions and other Plant and Wildlife Suggestions are welcome....

Oh and please write Votes in Vote
As im a bit lazy i adopt the System of Woman of Science: The First Idea who gets 2 Supporters is done...

Hmm. B has space farer's, but would be harder than A. I choose Planet A.

I'd go with B, since more advanced tech seems like good loot. and Arthropods seem like a good choice.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.
Quote from: Ze Spy
Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

OOC: Ok guys. As a Hive Mind you don't construct things like mere Mortals. You don't build ships and you don't construct weapons. As a Hive Mind, you change. Although captured ships can be used.../ooc.

So shall it be, a great part of your mindstructure decides that it should be this Planet A on which to begin your Cleansing. Ever faster, for mortal eyes like a comet, you fall through the atmosphere of the planet...
With a giant crash you form a nearly 3 meters deep crater around you. You realize that nature wasn't that good to you and has only given you the body of a small 1cm long worm. Bur such has it bee since the beginning of times, always it was a worm, why you don't know, but that's not important. After you slowly twitch your way out of the crater that now even your omniscience senses are gone, probably damaged by the crash. Finally out of the crater you "look"(meaning you use your counterpart to human vision: something that can only be explained as the noticing of blurs where life forms are.) around in search for a good host.

Analization of Surroundings(3!):
2 possible herbal hosts
3 possible animal hosts

You look around and see a large carnivore plant species, with long wirling vines which pull a frantically yelping animal into a body which looks like a opened cocoon. You notice that the prey looks smiliar to a fox except for it's three legs, Its longer snout and it's fish like tail. The rest of your surroundings are mostly concealed by 4 meter high shrubs...

OOC: Ok People now the next obvious step would be to gain a host...
Anyway, by gaining DNA-Samples and mixing them you and your later creations(as soon as you are able to produce some) can evolve. And thats your way of getting flying things to get down from the planet...
so you can basically think of your Hive Mind as the beginning Zrg Overlord, or the Hive Queen of the Tyranids....
