Swan-class light cruiser, produced from 2316 to 2340, first ship CNS-12434 Swan launched from Earth Navy Spaceyard at 2316.7
Launched from Utopia Planitia Staryard, Mars at 2325.11 and entered service at 2326.3
The
Swiftwing is one of the first(and sadly, also one of the last) ship of Swan-class Light cruiser.
Equipped with top-of-the-line technology, facility and equipment at it's prime, Swan-class formed a large part of the effective defence force throughout the last century, and performed well in both the Second and Third War, and as a result, many ship of this class has been lost in battle.
Originally designed with a service lifespan of 80 years, Swan-class performed beyond all expections, and is certfied of an additional lifespan of 20 years(Actually mainly because of the Third War).
Now this class of ship is meeting its end even with its extended lifespan, and began to show all sort of problem with aging.

This ship is relatively small for a light cruiser, only slightly larger most heavy destroyer nowadays, but still well-armored when compared to destroyers even with it's age.
It's called Swan-class for a reason, for its long, wide and downswept HL engine pylon connecting elongated main hull and long HL engine.
It's also capable of minimal atmospheric operation, but not landing except in absolute emergency because of the downswept and fixed HL engine pylon, and lack of landing strut. An emergency landing can be a premature end of the ship's service life.

The ship has entered service in 2326.3, it's first Captain is Lt. Commander Frakes, who served aboard the ship for 19 years before his KIA in battle at 2340.11.

The newest weaponery aboard the ship are the twelve General Weaponery GWHEP5-MK2P HEPPC Cannon mounted on port and starboard of the ship, replaced its predecessor in the 2400 refit, you checked your Combat Starship Simulator, and seems like the information in the simulator is pretty accurate, you chilled in your spine.
The oldest is the two Confederated Technology HEP8-MK3A-3 Triple mount HEPPC Array, which is already mounted since the ship's entrance into the service in 2326.
You also notes that the power requirement that listed on the operation manual is the power requirement to fire one of the multiple cannon mounted on the same point.
Also noted is that the 2 main cannon mount's power conduit is directly connected to the reactor core itself, possibly field-modified some years before, that allows more power on the main cannon mount as long as reactor's up, but will cause complications if the core is down, this also incresed the risk of damage in case of an overload feedback from the cannon.
The intergrity of the Weaponery Powergrid is pretty good despite its age, at least when compared to other systems of the ship.
