Personally, I don't really the histories of the dark/feudal ages much.

I don't really the verb very much. =p

Quite frankly, if he actually did the entire feudal ages, spelunking equipment might be required.

And then there's that legendary popefight schism where they ended up excommunicating each other.

Double KO?

And the Aragonese crusade fiasco. The king of Aragon took Sicily away from the French, and the pope excommunicated him on some technicality (nominally the K of France was holding Sicily in the Pope's name, or something) and sanctioned the French to start a crusade against him. But after getting into Aragon they started getting pwned. The king of France begged the technically-not-king-anymore of Aragon for free passage back to his lands

Considering what the feudal system (insofar as it actually ever existed) was like for the majority of people involved, that's pretty accurate, really.

I'm talking about the bronze colossus. It's supposed to be made entirely of bronze.
But really he's just a softie inside. They all are really. When megabeasts come to your fort you never welcome them inside and give them a hug, do you. You heartless bastards...

Ich liebe das Deutschesprach.  :D

And while it can sound harsh, it doesn't hold a candle to the Slavic languages. I mean, seriously..."shch" is a consonant in Russian. A phoneme that sounds like a contained sneeze.
