« on: April 30, 2010, 05:41:52 am »

Lets say if the stomach has been severly damaged or stabbed they should vomit blood for the same effect of vomit but with damage also if you get stabbed or hit in the lung and it still functions bloody cough,it wastes your turn and hurts you.Oh and it is possible to vomit blood from a stomach injury.

I was initially dismissive of vomiting blood as it seems redundant, but coughing blood from lung injuries sounds good.

Taking extra damage from it is though. Why would the damage you take from a bleeding stomach wound be increased because you vomited the blood up?

I think there is already both in game, though they only occur as syndrome effects.

Oh and it is possible to vomit blood from a stomach injury.

Really? In my adventures I have never noticed that happening.

In a lot of martial arts or swordfighting movies, severe internal injuries lead to the coughing up of blood. It might be interesting to see this kind of effect more often.

my repeated beating of his groin made him projectile vomit all over the nearby wall.

If you want to see all the injuries possible, get some dwarves to go berserk like this http://lodestones.wordpress.com/2010/05/01/tests/

, then unleash untrained conscripts on them and let them pummel each other slowly into gravy.
