Maximizing sky z-levels

I was wondering if there's any way to get more above-ground z levels for a megaproject. It seems as though there's usually about 15 levels of sky above the highest point on the map. Is there any way to increase this number?

In worldgen, you can set "Maximum Z-levels above ground" to 100, instead of 15.

Yes. Clearly a bug that ought to be fixed in the future, but exploit it in the meantime.
