Alright, this is all good.
I'll show the units.
Units: All these are trained in the numbers of Battalions. Except ships. They are made 1 by 1.
Militia, 150$: The only thing good about them is that they are cheap. Works well in groups.
Regulars, 275$: Works much better than Militia, able to take about 2 Militia at a time.

Light Infantry, 500$: Available to GDI only, works better than all other infantry.

MBT Tanks, 600$: Works better than all other tanks, other than ones possible to be researched. (Researching shall be a later game mechanic.)
Medium Tanks, 500$: Mostly consisting of Tanks made before the 1980s. Works nicely on Light Tanks and MBTs in groups of 3.
Light Tanks, 400$: Mostly consisting of Tanks made before or during the 1960s.

Destroyer, 375$: Can carry up to 2 groups of infantry battalions. Perfect for laying down shelling in groups of 3.

Light Infantry, 500$: Available to GDI only, works better than all other infantry.

Hey! Just because you're the GM doesn't mean you can have an unique unit and we can't!

If you are going to have a light infantry then I'm going to have a super battleship.

How about this for the rest of us then?

Town defense, 100$: The cheapest to raise, they are only good for defending (works as well as Regulars due to their knowledge of the area), and thus are completely useless for attacking.

Militia, 150$: The only thing good about them is that they are cheap. Works well in groups.

Reserves, 200$: The Reserves Work as Regulars but only in defense, They are as strong as Militia in attack. They have the ability to turn themselves into Regulars in two turns if needed (75$ for a additional two turns to upgrade, sounds balanced).

Regulars, 275$: Works much better than Militia, able to take about 2 Militia at a time. Becomes Elite after surviving five battles (without costing anything).

Elite, 400$: Elites have seen many battles in their day, and thus are much stronger, however they need the right equipment to work correctly, and thus cost more then Regulars. They can take two Regulars at a time, or five Militia at a time, or they can take one Light Tank.

Anti-tank, 500$: Dedicated to one thing; to destroy tanks, these guys can take one Regular, or three Militias. But can take up to four Light Tanks, two Medium Tanks, or one MBT Tank. (Makes having infantry important, and discourages tank rushing.)

Special ops, 750$: Highly equipped and trained troops, they can take two Elites, FOUR Regulars, SIX Anti-tanks, or TEN Militias. OR they can take up to TWO Light Tanks.

And this for you:
Light Infantry, 1500$: Available to GDI only, works better than all other infantry, can take two special ops, four elites, twelve regulars, sixteen Anti-tanks, or twenty four militia. But fall short by only being able to take one Light Tank at a time.

Don't complain about it, that one downside is minor compared to the fact that your guys will mow down basically every single infantry man we throw at you.

Because I'm bored, here's some ships, note that ships cost a lot:

Gunboat, 500$: Extremely cheap, and mostly useless, they can't do any damage to anything but infantry, counting as one Regular in that respect (note that these are the only ships that can be destroyed by normal land units). Better than nothing.

Frigate, 1500$: The first real ship, The frigate is extremely useful for taking out those annoying Gunboats (Kills four per ship). It can do minor bombardment of land troops (1 militia damage).

Corvette, 2000$: A ship similar to the Frigate, except in the fact that it always wins in a one on one battle, bombardment is slightly higher than the Frigate (2 militia damage).

Destroyer, 3000$: The first ship that is more than an annoyance. The Destroyer can take two Frigates on, and does three times as much damage in bombardment then the Frigate (3 militia damage).

Cruiser, 5000$: A ship that can act by itself, the Cruiser can take on two Destroyers, four Frigates, or even the mighty Aircraft Carrier (if it can reach it before it is bombed to hell), it can to decent damage in bombardment (4 militia damage).

Battlecruiser, 6000$: An improvement to the Cruiser, the Battlecruiser can take on three Destroyers, six Frigates, or a Aircraft Carrier, better bombardment then a Cruiser (6 militia damage).

Battleship, 8000$: A Huge ship, the battleship does come with it's weakness though; it's slow, and thus faster ships can cause trouble for a Battleship, making it vulnerable away from support ships. Nonetheless, the battleship can take on three Battlecruisers, four Cruisers, six Destroyers, five Frigates, or a Aircraft Carrier, large damage in bombardment (8 militia damage).

Aircraft Carrier, 14000$: (Note: This does not have information on how much damage it's fighters/bombers can do.) The mighty Aircraft carrier, it is extremely powerful with it's bombers and fighters. But it fails to win against basically anything without them, losing to a Cruiser, only a fool would separate them from the rest of the fleet. it can withstand four Frigates, or two Destroyers.

Dreadnought, 20000$: A ridiculously expensive and powerful ship. The Dreadnought can destroy multiple battleships, yet it is far too slow to fight effectively against smaller ships. The Dreadnought can take four Aircraft Carriers, four Battleships, Two Cruisers, four Destroyers, or three frigates, Gigantic bombardment damage (16 militia damage).



Amphibious assault ship, 3500$: A ship dedicated to transportation, it can carry four infantry units, or two armored units (armored units count as two infantry units). It's almost completely defenseless, only able to withstand one Frigate (other ships can destroy two of these at a time with no loss), moderate bombardment damage (4 militia damage).

To those whom it concerns,

My dear sirs. At this point the war against the Tamil Tigers is at it's critical point. As you may know, the Tamil threat, backed up by imperialistic outside forces, has been rising and threatening to take over Sri Lanka for several decades now. Recently they have dared to attack several important economic centres along the coast. Therefor the Sri Lankan government has decided to declare the State of Mobilization. From this moment onward, the central authorities shall control any movement of persons and goods in Sri Lanka and it's territorial waters, as well as the airspace within an 40 mile radius from the Sri Lankan coast. India has agreed upon aiding the central authorities to once and for all strike down the Tamil threat.

At this point however, there seem to be indications that the Tamil Tigers have been backed up by outside forces of unknown origin. The central authorities therefor wish to ask any well thinking country to aid Sri Lanka in prosecuting those who would wish to threaten it's sovereignty or at least to refrain from interfering with it's internal affairs.

Note: these rules apply to all Submarines;

1: Submarines, once discovered, are considered to be dead as soon as a warship fires on them.

2: Discovery chance is rolled by a 100 sided die (from this program here), with 1-X being discovered, and anything else not discovered. (Please Phantom, use the dice instead of randomly choosing, as it gives each player an equal chance)

3: Submarine Chasers, when trying to discover a enemy Submarine, use ([the enemy Submarine's firing discovery chance] x 2) to discover them.

Pocket Submarine, 1000$: A Submarine that does as much damage as a Frigate. the Pocket Submarine Has a 10% chance of being discovered when it fires.

Submarine, 3000$: The average Submarine today, the Submarine can do as much damage as a Destroyer, it can take on two Pocket Submarines. It has a 20% chance to be discovered when firing.

Super Submarine, 5000$: A prototype Submarine, quickly forced into production, does as much damage as a Battlecruiser. It can take on four Submarines, but only two Pocket Submarines. It has a 40% chance to be discovered when firing.

Nuclear Submarine, 10000$ A Submarine capable of firing Nuclear missiles, it uses the stats of a Submarine. It needs to load missiles first before it can fire them (you can't create nukes out of thin air).

Submarine Chaser, 2000$: a dedicated Submarine hunter, manned only with depth charges and a single AP turret, it has the stats of a Frigate, it has a unique ability though, having twice as much chance to discover Submarines. It is the only good choice for defending your fleet from Submarines.
