I found a GalCivII save called 'Coradin's Realm', which I apparently had started before Astra'ath. In that save, my economy was horribly screwed up and I had a tiny territory.

I'm hoping to get some of my own actually, they would probably compliment my planned army nicely. Though the whole eating forests thing might prove bothersome on a planet like Natus...
