Okay, example:

I give Sothurn a task.

He moves to obey me. He has complete autonomy in the execution of this task, but he knows I am watching him closely because he failed me previously.

Now either he performs the task to my satisfaction or he does not.

If he does, I may trust him more next time and not keep such a close eye on him.

If I see him not performing the task, I assume direct control of the avatar and punish Sothurn's mind for disobedience and we try the whole thing again.

Repeated failures mean dismissal and replacement.

You should all know by now that if I am online and I see a new post I will usually respond pretty quick. I have this on notify and my 3rd monitor always has my gmail account up, so I know pretty much instantly.

If you'd like to do some RP just post something which affects or involves Astra'ath or one of Its minions.
