News flash, everything is corruptible.

If I cannot subvert the blade, I will subvert the hand that wields it. If I cannot subvert the hand, I will subvert the mind. If not the mind, the soul. Etc.

Perverting popular wisdom is the best means of a successful subversion. Have you ever read the Dune series of novels?

In that story the doctor had been subjected to 'Imperial Conditioning' which was considered a foolproof method of mind alteration which assured absolute loyalty.

End result?

They took his wife and threatened to kill her. In the end, he betrayed his duke and got himself and the duke killed.

I also don't approve of the whole incorruptable thing, but the opposite could be much worse.

If you exert a lot of resources to produce something, and it factors heavily in your plans, you don't want someone else coming along and saying "But I corrupt it so now its mine"

Similarly, if you're the corrupter, you don't want someone else coming along and saying "I don't like corruption so you can't touch my stuff".

The whole concept of corruption is one that can go to an extreme rather fast, and it would need a lot of work to keep things within an enjoyable range.

I just lost my update post. This one time that I forget all my safety measures, I accidentally click some link.

I manage to ctrl-A -> ctrl-C the entire part, but for some reason it doesn't get it.


Luckily I barely did any flavor yet. That's far worse to lose. I just lost all progress on sorting through the acts/events.

I've been balancing between being too busy to post and too tired to post. Sorry, guys. 

I'll probably find some sort of creative way to drop out of the game before the universe/my goddess explodes (since the act cutoff is 10, and I should be at 9 after the update) 

I will try to get caught up with the thread, at least.

I've got an alternative for you:

I can put Satae into 'stasis' or something similar. I'll let her up to ten acts, and whenever you're ready to join in again, just tell me, and I'll do so at the beginning of a turn.

Editedit: I'm finished summarizing. You can still post, Hailfire. I'm giving you until I think it's wise for me to go to bed (to avoid being caught by my parents when staying up after bedtime, for example).
Otherwise, one of two happens:

Hate to say it but isn't letting someone store up 10 acts and use them whenever they want to later a bit.. powerful?
