What about using ctrl-tab, tab and alt-tab?
Those will help you skip to buttons and the likes.

These are trade secrets which make IT guys look awesome since the vast majority of users (I use 'user' as a derogatory term) we support have no idea you can even USE windows without a mouse.

Just curious, what do you call people who might not know the ins and outs of upgrading a computer memory, but are reasonably competent with using a computer?
