As for the non-corruptable argument, I can sort of see both sides.

On one had he is the god of paradise which I see as a pure part of space that would be hard to change. Purity seems like a big part of Aarook's power.

but on the other:

Just saying it's incorruptable seems very gamey.

Changing it so it is warded to resist the influence/corruption of others would probably work better. I suppose you could always just eat it. Kentucky Fried Ragnoroc

Yeah its fine, I just like poking fun at em because as you said it seems very gamey and making anything which is absolutely immune to being corrupted should be very expensive and difficult.

Also, define corruption for me. Does its dust suddenly cure disease? Disease could be considered corruption of the flesh. Does it cure insanity? That is a corruption of the mind. Does it cure Sexual deviation? Violent tendencies? Mental illness? Meany-pants syndrome? Does it strike a jerk dead because he bullies people, or does it make him a treefucking hippie?

In retrospect, it's just a little bit disturbing the fun I'm having playing a demigod of plagues and pestilence.

Don't let the bird fly over you, it will 'cure' you of your corruption. :P

'Cure you of corruption' seems a bit vague. Maybe we should interpret the effects of the bird to be 'restore to it's original condition'.

If RPed correctly, a Plague Dragon Vs. Purity Bird fight could actually be pretty cool!

It's fun to play a bad guy every now and then! I wish I could have a second god, because I have a good idea for one :)

Do what the others have and make one of your creatures convert. Its not beyond reason that some beings would have answered Astra'ath's call, and with this new promise of perfect health its even more seductive.

I probably will one of these days. I might RP one for each side and just have them face off against each other!

Personally I prefer playing bad guys or anti-heroes.

And the planet never got a name. I simply spoke of it with 'Elans World' for appellation.

Curing something of corruption would indeed be restoring it to how it should be.
Could have some irritating side-effects, though. I already thought out some!

Hurray! One-thousand posts!

The problem is, how do you define corruption?

Personally, not perfectly like how it was previously described, but within the context, it'll do.

Corruption is too wide a term for perfect definition.

Might be, but I suffer from memory loss all the time. Do you want to tell me that I was cured from corruption?

No, indeed you don't. I was born corrupted, and I still am.

They say power corrupts.

Will the bird's dust make everyone poor and powerless?

Depends on how you'd define power.

That's the point. They're nothing but words, hollow if we do not know how we should interpret them.
