Let's see if B wants to play a little chicken.
Charge B to ram him as best I can from this position.

Distract Cell B, and see if I can't get him to attack me.

charge!!!!

CHAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGGEEEEEE!!!!

lol :) I'm still sticking with the action I already posted, which is pretty much a charge anyway. :)

I also notice that you forgot to label Toaster as a size 2 carnivore, which all three carnivores should be now since I just got the growth stage.

Edit: Actually, everybody should be size 2 now. I got delayed a bit due to some bad rolls, but catching up.

Turn 11:

The remaining enemy cell was pretty badly roughed up by the attacks, and while it isn't quite dead, it's looking pretty close to being there. There is still a little bit of salvage around from the first cell. Not much algae left though.

GO FOR THE KILL!

Tighten the grip with pseudopoda and hit hard with those 'teeth'

Afterwards, collect as much DNA and food as possible.

Is it possible to build up more DNA or food when you have a growth stage or mutation available? or do we have to use it before we can get more DNA or food?

You don't HAVE to use it, but mutation or growth blanks it out. So technically you could save up until you have 2 mutations, and the second mutation wouldn't have a penalty.

Do distraction. (Be careful what your enemy would do, especially when they are close to death.)
If the enemy cell is killed, goes in for the salvage.
If it isn't killed, heal anyone who needs it.

Convince the enemy cell to try attacking me again.  Then feast as the carnivores tear it to pieces.

You don't HAVE to use it, but mutation or growth blanks it out. So technically you could save up until you have 2 mutations, and the second mutation wouldn't have a penalty.

The reason I was asking is because I wanted to hold off on mutations until I get to multicellular stage, which is growth stage 3, right? You did say we automatically get eyes at growth stage 3, so I thought maybe thats when we go multicellular.

Also, do any appendages we develop at cell stage translate into appendages (whether limbs, lobopods, antennae, etc) at multicellular or is it done differently at that point?

Sorry for asking so many questions of you, I'm just trying to plan for multicellular stage.

A fun thought, maybe our different cells can represent various evolutionary lineages as different phylums and body plans. :)
