My newest artifact
« on: April 25, 2010, 07:56:33 pm »

Just wanted to brag about my newest cool artifact, worth 99,600 Gold.  It's an aluminum crutch called  "Arzeses," or "Knightedcleared."  Not sure what that guy was thinking.  The hilarious thing is that most crutches nowadays are, in fact, aluminum!  "It is decorated with green glass and oak.  This object is adorned with hanging rings of aluminum."

My dwarves are looking for ways to break their legs as we speak!

I'm envisioning waves of dorfs jumping into pits so that they can admire a crutch. What profession builds crutches? I haven't had time to experiment with the new release much.

I think it was made by a metalsmith, but I actually have never tried to make a metal crutch.

I think I have the perfect Dorf for your artifact.

I'll see your aluminum crutch and raise you an adamantine splint adorned with hanging rings of red diamond and menacing with spikes of black opal and recursing in adamantine.

I was so angry that it was a posession.

God, it would be horrid if that mood netted you a legendary crutch-walker, Rainseeker.

Are you kidding? That would be hilarious and ironic, considering the likely punishment for such a waste of materials would involve a broken leg.

Yeah, fortunately it gave me a legendary metalsmith, I believe, or metalcrafter.  Not sure now, lost the save... *SOB*
