Toady's new interview!
« on: April 22, 2010, 09:54:46 pm »

Found this today on twitter, while searching for dwarf fortress instances there (there are a lot!)

http://www.techday.co.nz/gameconsole/news/interview-tarn-adams-of-bay-12-games/16197/2?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

Toady talks a bit about the game and for the first time about things other than bugs in the new version.

Again with the allusions to the mysterious Month End Project. I've been creating wild conspiracy theories for it ever since it was announced.

I think is is just emphemism for having few days off and taking break in order not to burn out and have life.

Its obviously a sentient AI to replace him when he dies in 60 years. He knows we will be in need of someone to continue the development of DF!

Toady can't die.

No, I mean he literally can't. He removed his [MAXAGE] tag.
