Basically, they're making a person who is apparently a crackhead run after a laser light. That's the entire thing.

That's pretty much it. How do you feel about it? I find it pretty hilarious, personally, but some people seem disgusted by it.

What could've been something humerous was ruined by the guys behind the camera acting like complete assholes. Onto when they tried to make him run infront of a passing car? Didn't see the crackhead (if that's what he is) trying to put anyone else in harms way in the video.

I heard a statement wherin one guy wanted the laser to make the guy run into the road, but another person shouted "NO!".
