War everything will be more interesting when we can armor them :(  One goblin hammerman took out all eight of my war elephants without a scratch.

I think they're native. You can tame bears if you have a Dungeon Master.

The Elves Brought me bears. I'm working on other things right now, but eventually I'll mod it so that they're trainable.

You don't need to mod it. Just Train War Dog I think...and it'll do it.

Hmm... I'd need stray bears wouldn't I? Rather than Tame bears? oh well. the ones I have shall serve as breeding stock.

I can't seem to train animals elves bring me, so I make them buyable at the prepare for a journey carefully screen.

War Boars, slower than a dog, but much deadlier (but it's bite is horrible.)

Take them out of the cage and then you can train them.

Might not work for some animals until you have a dungeon master, but I tigers from the elves that I had to release before I could make them war tigers.

Yep just to confirm, no Dungeon Master needed.  Just trained war animal (R) at the kennels.  They were traded from the Elves, released from cages.  Came designated "tame".  I have had one kill a raccoon so far, which was cool.
