I think JanusTwoFace is the Vote Replacer. Three people voted him yesterday: criptfeind, ToonyMan, and Vector. All their votes swapped with his, giving him their votes. ToonyMan doesn't have a vote, so he couldn't give JTF one, giving him just two extra. That would explain the four votes on Ottofar. I hope that's the way the Vote Replacer works, but Ottofar was completely useless in that regard.

I think you're probably correct.  Thank you for figuring that out.  Curse you Ottofar for looking too scummy but not revealing the whole role PM!

I've changed my mind. I think you're probably the Double Voter. criptfeind is probably the Vote Replacer. ToonyMan and Vector having no votes is likely completely unrelated to voting you.

While I'm at it, I think I've figured out everybody's roles.

Spoiler: Everybody's roles (click to show/hide)

There's a lot of guesswork in this thing, but I think it's mostly accurate. It assumes that everybody's role and known role are linked into one big 11 person chain, and I have no basis for that assumption other than that it's prettier that way.

Right now, I'm thinking most about Criptfeind.  Mostly for constantly bringing up other's ideas without adding much of your own.  I'm also suspicious of Org for the sudden appearant brain transplant that actually seems to be making him sound sane.  Unfortunately, it's a change I approve of, so lynching would seem counterproductive.  Hmm.

If you're worried about him, why don't you do something about it?

You can have warnings before I flip out and melt down, or you can just have the flipout.  I hear I'm much easier to deal with when I don't randomly spew crazy everywhere.

Meh, you're still not intimidating, but I doubt I'll get anything more out of you anyway.

criptfeind, what do you have against Org that you keep voting him for crappy reasons?

Just so that nobody falls for a potential trap, don't comment on Jim's list of roles. At all.

So we've come to Jokerman's doing yesterday. Let me just do a quick run-through to see what was said. Undoubtedly, a fine player of this, the game of mafia unto our Lord Alexhans (Blessed be his name, Amen), will not be making any grievous fuck-ups. After all, nobody else is voting him, there don't seem to be any other players even suspicious of him. What's the worst he could of done? Prove himself to be scum? I don't think that'll happen in a million years, so let's just get through these quotes so I can get back to what I do best: impressions of 30 year-old plays.

Basically, I was accusing Meph and/or Janus of trying to buss Ottofar. I was saying that since they were pushing for a shortening while only one of them had their vote on Ottofar, then there was clearly some kind of shenanigans at work, and that Ottofar was trying to noob buss for the scum.

Ok, you claim they were trying to buss Ottofar. That makes sense. Just as a side note, that requires both Ottofar and the player(s) you're accusing to both be scum, so of course if you think any one of the players involved is a townie, your bussing attack is bullshit.

Janus and Meph, you're pushing for a shortening of the day while only Janus has his vote on Ottofar. This makes me think that one or both of you is scum and you're pushing to lynch a townie Day 1.

What? Here you seem to be saying they want a townie lynched. It's like you KNEW Ottofar was a townie! Wait a second, that seems to have made your argument... invalid? Self-defeating? Pointless? Ok, so you obviously decided to drop the argument at this point. Check-and-Mate.

Noob bus, probably. Ottofar, you're scum, and either Janus or Meph (or both, I forget how many scum there are) is your scumbuddy. Shorten.

But wait some more, now you're saying Ottofar, Janus, and Meph were scum again! Aaaaaaargh! This makes my head hurt! It's like you're just saying whatever sounds like a good accusation at the time with no regard for logic or previous accusations. But wait, that can't be true. OR CAN IT?

However, after seeing that he AND Meph flipped townie, then clearly I was in the wrong. However, you must admit that I had a point in that the whole situation looked scummy because it was very conveniently placed to end the day with the votes all on the noob kid.

Wait, what? So you think anybody who attacked Ottofar is scummy? Is this because the reasons on Ottofar were bullshit? Because I feel like pointing out, you were one of the people who was attacking Ottofar. So by your own admittance, your logic is bullshit. Congratulations, you've managed to prove yourself to be scum, the one thing I said would never happen. Now I've lost 50 bucks. We'll be right back.

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

criptfeind, what do you have against Org that you keep voting him for crappy reasons?

I feel my reasons are quite reasonable.

Mr.Person why are you twisting so many words around? I mean really? And/or does not mean and.

His arguments are not contradictory, he just does not know which one is true? Do you never give more than one augment at a time?

Also nice job taking them out of context.

constantly bringing up other's ideas without adding much of your own.

Really this seems to be a problem for me, it is not something I know how to solve and I hope to fix it with practice. Perhaps I should have done boot camp eh?

I was throwing the possibility out there. Like I said, this argument was evolving in my mind as I was writing it.

Nnnnno. Don't be stupid. As I've said multiple times now, that was (at least what I thought when I wrote it) their intended appearance. If it was a buss, then that would mean that whatever scum out of Janus and Meph that was voting for him would look like that. I didn't say that I thought Ottofar was town, because - OH WAIT - I didn't. It gets there.

Noob bus, probably. Ottofar, you're scum, and either Janus or Meph (or both, I forget how many scum there are) is your scumbuddy. Shorten.

This doesn't even need answering anymore. This is like the fourth time I've answered this.

No, I don't think anyone who attacked Ottofar was scummy. I think that given the explanation that I've tried to drive into your goddam skull multiple times now,

Jesus. Get the message. I admitted that my accusations were wrong and that it needed looking into. It seems to me, however, that you're making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Why is that? Did I get close to one of your scumbuddies, Mr.P?

Your arguments are bad, i just messed up on some names.

There was a reason I was voting you yesterday day.

If I recall it started because Jim was voting you (Org with two votes=bad) than went on because you were being unhelpful and the harm you do to us even if you are town.

I wasn't being hurtful to town.
I was looking around.

I disagree. It's completely possible for a person to find somebody suspicious without having a consistent explanation for why this is the case, which is what you seem to be accusing Jokerman-EXE of not having.

From what I understand, Jokerman-EXE thinks Meph and JTF are suspicious for requesting a shortening (an opinion I do not share). He assumes a few possibilities, that either both of them are scum trying to lynch a townie, or one of them is scum trying to bus his partner. Considering how scummy he thinks Ottofar is, he assumes that it's a noob bus.

I see nothing wrong with this rationale, and it seems consistent through both of his posts you quoted.

So why are you trying to misrepresent Jokerman-EXE's opinion, Mr. Person?

FAKEEDIT: And criptfeind ninjas me. Dammit.

FAKEEDIT2: And then Jokerman-EXE ninjas me. Dammit, I am slow.

criptfeind, what do you have against Org that you keep voting him for crappy reasons?

I feel my reasons are quite reasonable.

I disagree.

You call Org useless.
You call his posts shit.
You call him a liar.

The first two are debatable. The third is not, as he did not lie. Do you believe Org is scum for these reasons?

Extension, anyone? I don't think we're really all that settled on who we want to lynch yet, considering three people haven't voted.

The third is not, as he did not lie. Do you believe Org is scum for these reasons?

Lets make a gentleman's agreement to not correct my spelling during a mafia game okay? It is annoying when I cant fix it.

Also a question for you org, are you going to a semi-helpful org or policy lynch org today?
Neither.

This was a lie.

Org is scum.

I don't know if he is mafia but be seems the most likely to me, maybe if there was more going on, but there is not.
