This has never been done in Vote Mafia and I really hope it didn't start.  We may get Secret Voter () but I haven't seen any outright false roles.  If you're lucky enough to know what your role is, you should play it as it reads.

Eduren's role in VM 5 was a False Twin Voter. It caused him quite a bit of RAAAAEG when he was lynched instead of his twin Org at the time (but good thing we did). It's not likely Jokerman-EXE's role is false, but if it is, well, it's a good idea to vote how he wants.
