Org: all six of your Shots hit the titan, dealing 50 damage, obliterating the shields of both kiwis and the titan. (remember, excess shield damage does not go to the armor)

The Titan moves into close range with sensai and fires both it's Mk1 photonic cannons, hitting both times (rolled a 7 and a 1), dealing 21 damage to your shields, leaving them with 4 points left. It then hits with its blast lazer (rolled a 7), dealing 48 damage (3x4x4) to your shields and shorting them out. It then fires and hits you with a Rhino Rocket (rolled a 3), dealing 73 damage, depleting all your armor. It then fires it's remaining rhino rocket and hits (rolled a 6), destroying your shield generator.

The two Kwi's speed by sensai and open fire on org.

the first fires its chemical lazer, but misses, whiles it's missle launcher harmlessly explodes against your shields

the second kiwi fires it's own chemical lazer, hitting (rolled a 4) and deals 2 damage to your shield.

End turn three

I'll move into contact with the Titan and fire all my weapons at it while screaming, "FOR THE MOTHERLAND!" (Surely that gets me some sort of morale bonus! :P)!

Move three west, five north. Fire everything at the Titan; if that blows up and I have weapons remaining I shoot the Kiwis.

Assault drill the titan, fire two plasma throwers at each of the two nearest kiwis (if they move out of range hit the titan, there's no kill like overkill).

Omegastick: You hit the titan with both of you autocannons (rolled 2 10's), for 7 damage. You also hit with both of your breaching drills (rolled a 1 and a 2), hitting for 18 damage

Org: You hit each mech with a single rocket each. Unfortunately the blasts do nothing against their shields. (they recharge them each turn)

Boksi: You hit the titan with your photonic cannon, doing 13 damage to its shields. You then hit with all of your autocannon shots, doing 4 damage to it's shields.You then hit with your spike driver (rolled a 4), dealing 15 damage to its armor.

Sensai:You hit with three of your plasma launchers, (rolled a 7, 4, and 3) dealing 15 damage to the shields with the first shot, taking down it's shields. You then do 37 damage with the next two shots, destroying the rest of its armor. You then strike it with your assault drill,  destroying the cockpit, the titan is down!

The two kiwi's fire at sensai

The first hits you with its chemical lazer, destroying your reactor and causing sensai to explode!
The other wastes shots on your burning wreckage.

End turn 4

Mechs sure die fast. It seems as if there should be another line of defense (no, I'm not just complaining that I died ;)).

Also, how exactly does initiative work?

Also, how exactly does initiative work?

It really just decides who gets the first move at the start of combat.

As for being frail, you forget that the Titan was using the best weapons I could put on it, versus a mech with no shield and armor upgrades.

Though your point still stands.

Boksi: Suddenly explodes in a fireball of pure awesome and ascends to a higher plane of existance!

Org: You hit both Kiwi's with your sat cannons, doing 45 damage as both are caught in the blasts of all of the shots. You then hit kiwi 1 with two missles, dealing 16 and 11 damage, as well as destroying its generator.

Kiwi two is hit as well, taking 6 damage.

Omegastick: YOu charge and fire at the the already dead titan.

Both Kiwi's are stunned in amazement at Boksi's sudden implosion.

End turn 5
