Go about send dwarves plummeting to their death from atop my 20 story tower?

I'd recommend this:

-build a retracting bridge at it's side
-designate a burrow over it
-assign the dwarves that shall plummet to that burrow
-wait until they are all on that bridge
-*lever*

Retracting bridge, or for dwarfapult, drawbridge. You can also create a "plank" for your dwarves to walk by constructing a wooden floor, having the desired dwarf or dwarves step out onto it (dump an item there, for instance) and then, with a gate or locked door behind them, order that the part attached to the tower be deconstructed. They should suicide.

You could also probably have a launch pad with a warhammer weapon trap set up with a pressure plate your dwarves can trigger.
EDIT: But I don't know if that last part is actually possible. I don't use weapon traps nearly as much as I should.

HAHAHAHA with the way my tower is designed  its like this in basic layout [] o o o o o o o o o o o
I can have two dwarfpults and two retractables. (Y) thanks guys this shall be swell
please note the base is square and tower in the middle is circular
