I bet the Moral Guardians trampled each other in an effort to get to that one. It must have been funny to see their reactions.

That is such a racist mistake. Why can't you use any other race of people? Is my ground flesh not good enough for them?

This is like, one of those things were, how could anybody even fucking notice that, much less give a shit?

Besides, if this was like a Pygmy Cookbook or something it'd make perfect sense.  Except the Pygmy cookbook would probably call for ground white people, seasoned with monocles and pith helmets.

Thread title. Where is it from.  I remember watching it in middle school (most awesome english teacher ever) and forget where it was from.  The aliens with the cookbook or whatever?

I just sort of got hungry reading that. Yes, it must be lunch time.

And the title is a 50's Sci-Fi story, which I think got a Twilight Zone episode. Its about aliens and the double entendre inherent in the title.

It's about a bunch of aliens that come down to earth and help all the humans with their super alien technology but are actually only doing that so they can eat us later. Some humans decipher the title of the book that is being handed out to all the alien ambassadors and it's called "To Serve Man". At first they think it means serve as in servant but it turns out it means serve as in prepare as food.

I know THAT, I remember watching it. I remember it, I just want to know what it was CALLED. If it was a twilight zone episode (we watched a bunch of those) or something.

I'm pretty sure it's just called To Serve Man. At least it was when i read it in short story form.
EDIT: and it was indeed a twilight zone episode.
