How many actions can we take in a turn?

I'll change the turn action for mine to start farming.

Edit: Assuming we can do one action per category:

Build farms, and you know, grow food

Research sailing (or sea capable canoes if sailing is a ways off)

Send scouts to nearby areas to scout out for other tribes, find out if they are friendly or not.

Wait, Research Lumbering.
Which means Cutting Down Timber and preparing it as ready to use lumber.
Check the politics and laws.
Scout out the surrounding area, mainly to the north.
