Ahha, I knew I forgot something. Now every organ bleeds much more and heals very slowly. Now you won't heal your heart wound in the mid-fight.
I plan to release 0.99b to test combat though. It may be too fatal if one side manages to deliver a good blow.

Overseer is popping up on embark again...looks like the population requirement is the same or lower than the embark size.  Poor Underseer never gets a chance.

Oh...and I've got Dragons living in caves with Behemoth Robots...never saw that before...(but you know...a dragon is kinda just a really big gecko that can breathe fire...)

Ehm I forgot to tweak the overseer pop requirement, it was necessary back then when you lost nobles, thank you for reminding me.

Dragons? Do you mean fire lizards? Yeah I wanted to replace them with something else but didn't decided what kind of creature to use.

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Gecko_%28creature%29
Fire gecko is the most deadly kind of geckos, they appear mostly in late game and as indicated by their name, can breathe fire thanks to unknown toxic substances being combined in their gut. They are quite hard to kill and as opposed to both other forms can not be skinned, as their hides are far too mangy and burnt to be worth anything. Not surprisingly, they are immune to fire damage.

The golden gecko is the more beautiful, but also more deadly kind of gecko. They can be found near toxic waste, which they seem to lick up. Though it's not said explicitly, obviously there seems to be a connection between the toxic/radioactive waste and the golden geckos. It can be assumed that exposure to some kind of toxic/radioactive material turns a normal gecko into a golden one.

Take your pick, although Gecko's seem the best bet.

Right now I can't access wikia.com due to the router weirdness but I pretty much have read most of the articles there.
And I have all gecko types and mutant types from the game (including floaters, centaurs, deathclaws and other stuff).

What do you mean that Geckos seem to be the best bet? Bet at what?

Here's 0.99b ASCII, please test, find bugs and make suggestions.
http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=3109

- tweaked materials and weapons
- added lancers (ripper+rifle) and shredders (disc launchers)
- added more food types (mashes, bites, pizzas, -on-a-stick, salads, rations, pies, soups)
- fix for a combat pistol/ass. rifle crafting: the resulting weapon gets the melee weapon's material now
- ammo tweaks
- underseer now gets a chance
- a few of other small changes I don't remember or don't consider that important to list :P

I still wait for an appropriate USA mapscript. Current ones are fine but not deserted, and "USA postapoc" lacks savage areas (with all the fun like deathclaws, centaurs, floaters etc.).

Fire lizards names are dragons until you kill them. When you kill them their corpse is a fiire lizard corpse.I have only ever seen a fire lizard 2 versions ago.

That was fixed in 0.99.

I at least want more mutant types and proper adjusted mapscripts before I call it 1.0 :P.

P.S. Oh and I need to draw all the remaining graphics.

oh geez oh man...hunting skags...awesome!  and the Shredder rifle...weaker than a pistol...but that one lucky shot dismemberment is so worth it.

Haha!  a hunting skag just grabbed a deer by the head and ripped it right off, then turned to another nearby deer and bit a hole in its chest!  The whole time...my hunter was running back to get more ammo.

They are made in the gunsmith workshop.
I'm talking about the adventure mode craft menu. There dosen't seem to be an option to make shredder rifles on there either or shredder rifle ammo.

(Edit)Facehuggers are the most deadly Xenomorph, they can kill a xenomorph warrior even with their entire body having yellow injuries.Edit:Drones are more dangerous. It's a bit wierd that warriors are one of the weakest Xeno's.
