Also what's up with the whole "watch someone who has beated the vannila game"? You can beat the game with mods. They just change the gameplay to much better and add immersion, but they do not cause bugs in the plot.
Ohh. Ok then, good!

Edit: Game starts up with the Mod Manager, but when the main menu is loading up, it crashes.

Super Edit: I can not use my Unofficial Patch with this, so looks like I gotta uninstall the Unofficial Patch and get the latest one =/

Why do you think you can't? There's a .esp version of unofficial patch which works. Use BOSS and FOMM and launch through FOSE exe, and it should work perfectly.

Why do you think you can't? There's a .esp version of unofficial patch which works. Use BOSS and FOMM and launch through FOSE exe, and it should work perfectly.
I am slow obviously. And BOSS doesn't detect the mods right. When I Delete the patch,it seems to also delete the Registry key so I gotta re-do everything. I copy-pasted the FO3 Folder just in case anything bad happened and it also said I hat to re-do everything so that fails too.

My life sucks.

Just make a clean install. FO3 -> DLC -> mods. It worked for me :).

Ok, this is what I am gunna do, after I install V1.7...
1.Download Fallout Mod Manager and Install.
2.Same with the Script Extender Program.
3.Download FOIP - Marts Mutant Mod and FWE
4.Pray it works and start FOMM and check MMM,FWE, and FO3 and click play.

FOSE Loader comes up and says

'You have the Original retail version of Fallout. Please Patch it to the latest version at www.bethsoft.com'

Edit: No Enclave Info on DF? Shall I make it?

Double Edit: The file was on READ ONLY. So I unchecked everything then it told me that one of the FOSE dll's are supposed to be in the main directory and not in the DATA folders, So I took all of FOSE's dll's and put them in the main directory, and it goes to the main menu screen, and crashes.

Further investigation involves the patch, Apparently the game loads up during the patch, and the patch cancels, so I gotta cancel this before the game loads up and hope the patch won't fail...

Triple Edit:Even if you close it the exact second it comes up, it fails.
I moved the fallout3.exe and Fallout3launcher.exe and it still  fails.
What version do you have?

Why do you even have project beauty stuff enabled? Did you download it? I would suggest trying without it.
I patched up to 1.7.

Man your load orded is screwed up.

Boot FOMM and order the files how I told you earlier.

fallout3.esm should ALWAYS be first.

it came with the MMM file, if I uncheck it, it removes MMM.

You can simply delete unneeded .esp files and you should NEVER use compatibility patches when you don't have the mods it tries to be compatible with.

Just set the load order as I told you and it WILL work.
