I managed to generate 1050 large world.

Can't wait for it all to be desert eventually.

(I think it generates better if you use the perfect world creator mod)

hum seems if I change the world's to contain any evil or savage areas, it won't create them... that kinda sucks since I want UNDEAD BOG FROGS!

i like the new version, but i play the 0.6 version. why? because the new one does not have the amazingly sympathic and loveable character sprites. it's not that i HATE the ASCII graphics. but i grew so attached to the loveable vault-dwellers, wastelanders and ghouls.

i tried to change their graphics manually but i sucked at it. so, can ANYONE please make the 1.1b version with the character graphics? please?

I attempted to build Megaton V.2 but failed at year 7.

Only this time, it was Two Deathclaws. We did take one down with one lucky Settler removing both his feet, as everyone else gunned 'em down. But the second one was only nearby to finish everyone off.

I was playing adventure mode and the game stops a lot. I mean my computer revs up and the game stops for quite a bit and then I can move a bit more and my computer catches its breath, but it happens very frequently. I don't get this with vanilla DF or Genesis and I haven't yet played fortress mode.

The last versions are pretty laggy, so new content affects that a lot. For example, when any ghost appears, my game comes to halt (even vanilla). I hope it's improved in the next versions. Also try different graphical output settings in your init files.

I'm working on the graphics now, and I fixed some frequency/population issues for the next version which made some critters to be too rare.

Now, does anybody want to draw some sprites to help? Today I did all rats, cazadors, sand antlions and scorpions. I still need a sprite for a mantiss and for a xenomorph (18x18).

Okay, here it is. 1.2 is out.

You now make shredder discs in the gunsmith workshop, don't be confused with that.
I've fixed some population and frequency issues on critters so they are better spreaded around the map.
There're some fixes to a few typos, and also minor bugs fixed. I removed a few vanilla critters and added a few new ones.

And finally the graphical version is out. It took a lot of time to draw all the buggers. It may contain some glitches because it's the first graphical release, report those immediately.

I've found a couple of problems. I forgot to make graphics for Doom monsters and I forgot to replace language files so names have symbols in them. I will update them tomorrow.
