Eh, you going to make me play two mods again? ;D

Maybe I should just combine the mods, FOR SCIENCE!

But then I would have fifty Enemy Civilzations and on the first season or two. I dunno, depends on how I feel today. ;D

I'm not sure how you think Diablo critters would fit into a distinctly themed mod like this :P Why not make Diablo mod or mod the creatures into your copy yourself, rather than sort of break from the Wasteland/Fallout styled theme

Well, I won't add Diablo creatures, but still there're demons. But these are Doom demons, so they have a bit different flavor for me :).

New Vegas is going closer to the original roots (Since Obsidian is an offshoot of Black Isle, and still has alot of the original developers of Fallout 1 and 2), so I doubt we'll see new monsters per see, rather older ones in 3d.  I know Geckos are making a return, for instance.  It will have a fair amount of new weapons, however, as well as some new armor.

computer terminal requires 150 iron bars!?! wow also its so freaking hard to get large gems, I end up with like 20 cut gems for every large. Bah, spent 1800 on some plasteel robot parts only to find out they arn't the robot parts I need for the building but a toy item with the same name :'(

many confusing things in this mod predominantly in the scavenging elements. also there are some typos in the gems text file that make some gems such as "Gun Parts" be called "rough electronic parts" when mined, they return to being gun parts when cut and become large gun parts from time to time.

Is Mr Handy supposed to do anything? I have yet to see them do more then blink. It was sad to learn they just disappear when butchered, I had hoped they would become metal or robot parts (for the above mentioned construction)

All in all Im having fun, but im still getting dragged down by the clunkyness of the new military system, I miss my emergency miner squad.

I forgot to stop robots from being butcherable :P.

The problem with gem naming is probably due to my typos, I should fix it.

150 iron bars = 1 iron bar, it's DF display issue.

Deon something I've found that might interest you.
You probably have to do some finagling somewhere along the line.  In experimenting with creating gold thread, I was able to make gold thread/cloth, but couldn't make any clothes from it.  The clothier shop only allows plant or silk to be used for clothing, so somewhere along the way you'd probably need to change it to a dummy material type.

Think it might be useful at all?
I'm thinking of a few possibilities myself, but its looking like flavour for the most part.

awesome, love the music, any time soon you gonna release a new version/ update to .08?  Also in my current game, neither raiders nor ghouls spawned, just mutants and vaulties.. and LOTS of both.

Try genning a Large world. You could use PerfectworldDF To make a very evil looking map. And they said we need rivers to survive. Ha, ha, haha,hahahaahaha!
