I will start so you don't have to worry about it, and due to my experience with TCGs (ie a Player of Magic) we can get through this easier. Take your deck, number it 1 to 50, I have mine prepped. Roll me 5 numbers and I will roll you 6...

Don't worry about handicaps though.

Disagree on Starting gets only 21. I will go first with 25. If it doesn't work towards the end though we will have a clean look at it.
Agreed on only Peasants can gather. Perhaps talk about a rework on the Farmer Skill.
Agreed on Moving between Civ to Combat area. Critters become X when moving to Combat Zone...
