I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this fort any more. Migrants arrive, they die for some reason, the fort is flooded for another reason, then dwarves go mad, more dwarves die and I'm just laughing in my distress.

DO NOT DO THAT.

Frig! Why'd you do that Maxi!

Shout for help, perhaps giving a speech on the merits of being a Good Samaritan and helping others.

IF AND ONLY IF the previous item succeeds: Hold the watch in your hand, parallel to the ground. Turn it so that the hour hand is aligned with the sun. Look at the line that bisects the angle between the hour hand and the 12-o'-clock mark. This is the line between North and South. The sun sets in the west, and since the sun is setting, North must be at the mark of 8 o'clock, or else the sun would be setting in the east. Look at the sign to confirm this.

As far as we know, the sun might not set at all.  What if it just slowly grows darker and duller until it looks like the moon and doesn't move at all? =v

Yell for help, IF someone helps ask them to return all the stuff you left lying around to you, and to help with the bullet wound, WHEN/IF you're better then ask for directions

IF yelling for help fails, try again ect. dont stop untill you feel too weak to contenue...

Turn Eleven (Luck: -48+25*-10 = -33, XP: -33, Level down!)
-15 to each roll...

>I want to try to avoid attention so firstly I will try to, heal self with magic! ((!!)Magic: -2-20-15-10 = -47, XP: -47, Level down!)

You raise your hands to your wounds, and begin to cast a spell of healing... But the Aether around you is still concentrating on the gun! With a feeling of absolute dread, you watch the gun lift off the ground, glow an eerie dark color, point right at your previous gunshot wound, with your hand still hovering over it, and fire yet another bullet. The pain is agonizing! Some bones in your hand have been shattered(-53), and the bullet went straight through to your gut, compounding the gut wound(-222)!

>Obviously, magic won't help me today... Instead I want to try to plead for help, over and over again until I'm healed! (Speech: 3+20-15-10 = -2, XP: -2)

Nobody hears you.

>Yell louder! (Speech: -42+20-15-10 = -47, XP: -47)

Nobody hears you.

Actually that's not true. Apparently a City Guard Sabercat heard you. He thinks you are the attacker, which... I guess you are! Bounding through the street towards you, this magnificent creature is the size of a small lion, and, were he not on his way to kill you, would be a breathtakingly beautiful animal. Right now you can only think of how terrifying his long front teeth are, and how the metal plates installed on its back and forehead make it look even meaner. He leaps at you, biting you in the left shoulder(-4), but your vest slipped and took most of the bite. You have a slight scratch! You can hear the distant bells of the City Guard mobilizing.

(Sabercats are trained to patrol the streets and take care of criminals and the like before the City Guard can catch up. They are generally a good thing, but in the case of someone "attacking themselves", apparently, they get confused.)

>Yell AGAIN! (Speech: 14+20-15-10 = 9, XP: 9)

The sabercat, hearing the city bells, lifts its head, looks at you menacingly, looks back towards the sound, back at you, and gives a frustrated huff as it turns around and stalks away. Have they called it off? Still noone hears you, or at least, those that do just figure they're better off with no involvement from the sabercat.

>"...help?" (Speech: 29+20-15-10 = 24, XP: 24)

"YOU THERE!" A voice from behind!

Wearily, you turn your head around to see a City Guard approaching you. Fine plate armor, with a tabard of navy blue embroidered with a golden winged sabercat.

"WHAT IN THE DEVIL'S NAME ARE YOU DOING OUT!?" He started to draw his sword and then noticed your blood, and obvious pain. "You... Aren't from around here are you? Haven't you noticed everyone is off the streets? It's dangerous at night! Come with me, we'll fix you up..."

He bent over and carefully got you on your feet. You notice he picked the gun up with some amount of fear. Returning to the inner city(so the direction they came must be North!), you see several other guards and you decide you can safely pass out.

Die. Reincarnate in another body. Don't listen to bad actions this time.

We've recovered from terrible injuries before, remember? We just need to get lucky and find some kind of medkit. Besides, it would be cheap to switch bodies every time something goes wrong, now wouldn't it?

Motivate our body to heal itself with an awesome inspirational speech

And if it doesn't work, we might end up dying anyways

So why would we need to restart? This character is pretty much completely healthy now. It'll be the same thing if someone tries to use magic in a different body wouldn't it?

The people trying magic are just getting on my nerves. This is a cool idea for an RTD. And dancing could have gotten us out of a fix at some point.
