Is the room filled or am I in the wrong server?

I suppose I should just practice in singleplayer and get reacquainted to the controls until such a time as I actually have wifi.

As a bit of an aside, what weapons would help out the group's current loadout? Girlinhat's got bowgun, someone else mentioned spear, and those are the only definitive results I can gather from the last page.

I haven't actually joined in with you guys yet, but I primarily use great swords in Tri. *still a little annoyed that dual swords were not included in Tri*

Edit: Seeing as how the room seems full I'm gonna be hanging out in Rookie1, Gate2, City 39 if anyone's out there

Busy night, got paired with some dicks, so I quit for the night.

Got my Jaggid Fire barrel and frame though, so I've got some good rapid piercing for later.

When not using a bowgun, I prefer either a lance or longsword. The lance actually being the weapon I started playing the game with, and the longsword being the weapon I switched over to when my old lance wasn't strong enough to take down the rathalos I was having trouble with. Might end up going with one of those if there ends up already being more than one bowgunner.

A group of 4 bowgunners is fun to watch.

My decision has been made for me. Bowguns are my current favorite and I wish to be a part of this endeavor rather than just observing.

Speaking of challenge plays like the one mentioned earlier, try not bringing any type of ammo with you. I had just started using bowguns quite some time ago when I forgot to pack that one vital piece of equipment. It resulted in a quick trip back to town.

Oh, the times I've spent chasing around small monsters, bashing them with my bowgun for interrupting me while harvesting resources or cooking meat...

Next time we should pick a city other than city 1, it tends to get crammed with randoms very quickly. Me and Furtuka had some fun and I remembered how bad swimming could be (and also my keyboard turned me into a bad homestuck character).

Might I suggest we claim server 2 as our standard?  Might provide a less populated and/or more easily accessed route for B12 play.

If a good time is picked I may be able to hop on and join you guys as a semi-competent hammerer on the NA servers.
I lack a USB keyboard at the moment though so communication will be brief at best.

Also I straight up warn you that you may get knocked around a little if the monster is small, you run for the head, and I don't have the range yet.

Right now it's mainly what you've seen here.  "Hey I've got free time" followed by "cool I can be on XXX in a sec" and then "lemme eat dinner and then I'll join".  Very sloppy and unstructured right now, yes.
