I actually ended up changing.  I started out being lactose intolerant, then a few years ago we "checked" again and I appear to have developed a tolerance for cow's milk.  I still tend to avoid it though.  Partially out of habit, and partially because I learned a bit about how cow's milk really isn't that good for you...


I still adore cheese though.  Goat and sheep cheese.  Y'know, the experts?
