Sorry man, you need to specify what the breastplate is made of. I can't accept this one.
Anywho, the tournament is officially starting and signups are over, I'll use a RNG to get the fights...

Round 1
Doomshifter, Batman VS Orgrinder, Polar Bear
Winner: Orgrinder
Link to movie
That was a pretty much intense fight, with the both charging at each other, but Orgrinder was able to block Doomshifter's attacks using his iron breastplate. When Doomshifter finally latched onto his leg, tearing it apart, Orgrinder just pulled him out, shook him around, and ripped out his lower body.
Gâsh, Fireman VS A_fey_dwarf, Troglodyte
Winner: A_fey_dwarf
Link to movie
I didn't expect this one coming to be honest, since all shots were blocked from both sides - but then A_fey_dwarf managed to attack his feet, passing the steel high boots - and it went downhill for Gâsh from there. The fight continued for a while after that, but A_fey_dwarf got a lucky shot and stabbed his opponent's head clean off. A_fey_dwarf went without damage, and as such will get a bonus picked by RNG at tne end of the round.

Bjorn, Polar Bear VS Cannon Fodder, Human
Winner: Cannon Fooder
Link to movie
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Flagro, Human VS The Shadow, Nightwing
Winner: The Shadow
Link to movie
The Shadow took initiative the very frame that the fight started, stabbing him all over while Flagro's flail did next-to-none damage, managing to only break it's bone before he died.

Iron Breast Plate...:D

Also you can make each on different teams when you spawn them, or assume control and provoke the enemy, and then exit the control mode and watch the fight. Oh...water vs fire...mhm...I understand now.

Very nice so far!

So we got monsters above, monsters below, dwarves in the middle and a party in the dining hall. Sounds good to me.
If all else fails, remember one thing:  kittens are delicious, nutritious little goblin-baiters, cavern explorers, and ambush-finders.

Thanks. I played two more fights, and I'm thinking of a system of rewards for being lucky/badass enough to not get damaged in the fight. Of course, the prize is chosen via RNG, but ideas for the prizes themselves are welcome.

...That was pretty obvious, thank you, but every winner gets 5 points per round. And something added, if it's a "perfect" fight. I was thinking about some really small supporting creature that'll reappear every round, or a cost-less item upgrade (for example, bronze goes to steel, and the point cost is still like bronze). Might be overpowered when used on adamantine.

I like the small animal companion idea. Take the [ARENA_RESTRICTED] tag off of crundles and use those for the companions.

Wow!  Cannon Fodder for the one hit kill.

And now that the competition is going I'll reveal my backup contestant if The Shadow had been DQ'ed before the competition.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

In tests The Shadow only lives a few moments against this beauty.

Edit:  I believe I have 7 points remaining now.  I shall save them.  In the event that The Shadow wins his next fight, I shall request a silk mask.

So with the win that should give me 10 points free I think, so should now be able to afford my leather Fez! (I will cry if I've miscounted again!)

With 2 points left over?

I knew that my fireman wasn't that good... but stabbed to death?  :'(
That's nearly as humiliating as being bitten to death as a fireman or magmaman!

The Shadow is a Nightwing, so no hard feelings. And you wounded your enemy! I didn't (or not mentionworthy)

Still, you put up a better fight. I only got one lucky hit in  :P

But whatever happens, we can all take comfort in the fact that we didn't not Bjorn the Polar Bear  :D Except for Bjorn, of course

But having such a diverse group is better than everyone picking Nightwings, Iron Men or Skeletal Sea Monsters... I just picked a human, though  :-\
