*POKE*

Sorry, I was ill during the week and only lurking around here :P

>Ask the boy in your usually soapy manner were the soapery is. "Soap?"

You ask the boy for soap...

"Huh? What's 'soap'?"
"Uhm... you got candy?"

>_

(run!)

Oops. It seems your running has drawn some attention.
Maybe you ran too FAST, FAR or UNSTOPPING? Or just too furious...

"Prove the maliciousness of your souls or be exterminated!"

Your companoins are stunned with fright!

>_

Reluctantly but quietly follow Ficeri.

You walk a bit and come to a staircase that leads to a closed gate.

"Hmm, I think he won't follow us here. So, uhh, Iron, do you know how to get out here?"
"I can't remember anything... How I got here and such..."

>_

>Threaten to use my awesome wizardry skill to burn the book unless it opens up right now and cuts out the whole 'mind numbing horror' business. I mean it!

Wizardry roll: d6+0.5=5.5
As you shout at the book a purple lightning bolt shoots from your hand to ... the sky? Well, that's magic...
The book doesn't react, though you think you heard a faint whispering.
The homunculus squeeks something: "Kyuuu - T"

>_

I will take the faint whispering as a sign of the books surrender.
>Read Book again. For real this time. No more pissing about. Seriously.

Also the homieunculous is a hideous assault on all things reasonable and can only be associated with the concept 'cute' as an example of the exact opposite.

I digress. Looking at it, it seems to be quite adorable in a mix of having a small size and making an effort to happiness.

"Well I know how I got here. A bearmna wanted me to find his cape, so he teleported me to a cavern rapidly filling with lava, so I ran into the pixie-thing's break room and she had me put my artifact helmet in the coat room 'cause it's not allowed. Welcome to the dungeon! It has a real name but I don't remember it, but it's here for heroes! I don't know how to get out, sorry."

Attempt to perform first aid on myself, healing my wounds. Barring that, suggest we take a nap to recover.

And yes, there's a reason I'm trying this on the one with more HP first. :P
