See, this is why my food and booze stockpiles are always among the most heavily defended places in the game >_> it's also near my meeting hall, which is by necessity heavily defended (and my default panic room along with the back up crafting hall and the barracks, it makes everyone happy and keeps them productive even if they clutter up the workshops)
