So the whole thing with Hetty has made me go take a look back at some of the earlier archives when Reynardine first showed up to get some more insight into the whole relationship thing. I haven't exactly found much especially since it's very hard to tell if Reynardine does things because of the contract or because of his love for Surma (for example when he jumps in front of Ysengrins attack). I did find one nice tidbit though, which is that if somebody forcefully takes away a contracted spirit then it voids the contract.

Also, SO MUCH SYMBOLISM! Reading through the old archives I've caught so much symbolism present that I never noticed before! It's amazing just how much is there, Tom is working symbolism in at the level of some of the "Great" novels that they make you read in English classes. It boggles the mind.

I totally agree. Her face in the last panel is simply priceless! Burn, Hetty, burn!
(Someone in the comments section said that Reynard should take over Hetty's body as an awesome plot twist. I don't think that will, and probably can't, happen, but still an awesome idea. xD)
