Zimmy is Annie and vice versa, that's the only mindfuck there.

'Annie' got those dark 'things around eyes I don't know name in English', just like Jack and Zimmy in real world have.

I think they're all just various aspects of Annie's personality.
She's caught in a dream world similar to Zimmy's because of the incident at the ether plant.
However, the normal Jack really is normal Jack, having been trapped in the dream world.

For Annie's body to have Zimmy, that would mean taking Gamma into danger against her wishes to help some other guy.

It seems like Annie in her own body, and ein is right: Gamma sees Annie as the source of the dream world, so she assumes it's Annie. Zimmy can't BOP people in her own dream world, but why not in Annie's?

Oh, and before you ask, I don't think it was Zimmy shouting "Zimmy" because even if she was a hallucination she'd have no reason to. I think the speech bubble thing was fake-Gamma slipping up.

When she talks to Annie, they're usually speaking translated Polish.

She only knows Polish and there wasn't anything to indicate she was speaking it. But yeah, we'll find out.

While we're speculating about who may be masquerading as whom, thanks to the two Jacks there is one more personality than people to account for them.  What if the "Zimmy" body is an empty shell and "Spider Jack" is really Zimmy?

Zimmy isn't acting like Zimmy.  She's being all quiet and passive.  Plus Jack connected to her in some fashion when she spaced everyone out, so maybe "Spider Jack" is the result of some sort of incompatibility -- or horrific psychic trauma -- as a consequence of that connection that really has Zimmy messed up.

It's far-fetched, I know ... any takers?

Annie is missing the scar on her cheek still, but she's doing something that would've put Gamma in danger to help someone else, so she isn't Zimmy.
