When you're a ghost you're a ghost all the way
From your first wood elf fling
Till you reject a creepy European roboticist and he orchestrates your demise to preserve his world and continue a Etherial cold war, wow what a dick.
...
way.

That is good. After all, the Court is at it's best in long sittings. Ain't made for these weekly updates.
Might have something to do with it actually having a plot, right?

edit: New page is new. Although I can't make out what it says above Jeanne's head there in her second "instance". Afar Strike, fille? Whut?

It's French for 'Strike far, girl.'

An indication she's not in control of her own actions? Or that she has an inkling of what's going on and wants the girls to succeed?

I'm not sure about your French, Jack, but what Jeanne says is: "A fine stirke, fille", where "fille" indeed means "girl". Probably what's left of her memories as a fencing instructor and genetlewomanly knight-esque-person(disclaimer: some words might be made up) shows up.

I don't know what made you think the whole thing is french because Jeanne does say "A fine strike" in english.

So, maybe it is an indication that she isn't in full control of her actions? Her anger is definetly real though. Also it looks like parley doesn't need to actually be touching Annie to be in the etherium. At least they can both teleport outta there if Jeanne keeps on attacking.

Oh yea, I just noticed that Jeanne seems to keep striking high, so maybe she is partially in control and doesn't truly want to kill. So, despite what Jeanne thinks, her normal self is still in there somewhere.

That or she keeps going for the face, and Parley and Annie's training is paying off.
