On a slightly more serious note, one's "true name" is kind of a big deal to spirits and whatnot. Now that I think of it, none of the other fairies (I know they haven't been called that, but that's all i can think of them as) have been named. I'm wondering if attaining a "true name" sort of sets their form, personality, etc. so now Red is dismayed because....well, she's stuck with being "Red". And all that entails.

Could be an interesting chapter depending on how metaphysical it decides to get.

Also, breaking news, Red still a dick.

I just realized, also, that when Red says she can finally get clothes, that's a reference to the fact that faries are not considered adult until they can make their own clothes. Maybe they're assuming the same applies in the human world but they need names instead. I wonder if it actually does, or if that's just wishful thinking and she still has school to go.
