Could you draw a forgotten beast from a world I genned in DF? Its a gigantic quadraped composed of salt, with two long curly tails and it squirms and figits.

A silver S, with the top curve looking like a crescent moon, and a golden S, with the bottom curve looking like the sun, hooked together like a chain.

When you say bottom curve looking like the sun, do you just mean glowing bright yellow? I can't make the bottom curve of an S spherical, then it won't be an S

As in the rulebook is going to be like a normal book in that you have a left and a right page.
Each page has two columns of text.
Easier to read and good for plugging in illustrations.
Basically, just make it take up half a page vertically.

I'm guessing pretty much a square canvas size? A little bit more wide than tall or?...

Take a sheet of printer paper.
Fold it in half vertically, so that you have 4.25 by 11 inches.
That's the canvas size.

I've heard it called "hotdog style" in school.

Depends on the book.
I'm using a binding style similar to DnD 4e because that's what I have for reference.
The books are standard hardcover size with 2 columns per page and lots of half-page illustrations.

That's the thing, there is debate over whether he did in fact make it. The common thought is that he didn't and that some unnamed painter just had a really rockin' style. Either this or whatever you think the old green U represented.

 Something like it I suppose. I dunno, something about the word reproduction implies to me strenuous work to get it exactly the same in a sort of tedious way. I would prefer this be something you somewhat enjoy. Unless I got the annotations behind that word completely wrong.

Can you make GDI Light Infantry man in a combat pose? If you think about the weapon just put the the pulse rifle from aliens. Finish it at anytime, I've got patience.

Every other artist never got around to finish it or made something completely different. Except Kinseti, he did it nicely. Anything else you'd like to do with it is alright.
