The guy was known to poke live deadly snakes with a stick for no real reason other then making them jump at him.

I think he died doing what he loved, annoying deadly animals.

Yea, he was a bit eccentric. The surprise wasn't that he died, but that he died to a stingray. He played with deadly poisonous snakes and crocodiles. He wrestled a crocodile at the age of nine. And he dies to a stingray? I always figured he'd wind up dieing of a bite from one of the deadly poisonous snakes that he poked with sticks.

Could you choose a less harmful creature? Sure, they may brood at you, even plan your death for about .0001 seconds... But surely a Goldfish is not full of malice and hate. And even if they are cores of pure evil in a golden goofy form... I somewhat doubt their ability to execute some form of carpy death upon you from their fish bowl lair.

You never know... They may get their water into your electronics. I can think of several people (myself included) who cannot exist without their Internet.
