Poor man. Worships the god or goddess of marriage, yet has not experienced love in this life.

I imagined that going like this.

Mon  :| "Greetings. My name is Mon Stakezeniths."

Risen :| "Hello, human. I am Risen Tombchannel."

Risen :) "Life is, in a word, marriage."

Mon  :| "Tell me about your family."

Risen :( "I have no family to speak of."

If dwarves decided to live in trees like hippies, they'd still do it better than the elves.

In my favorite human town, everyone says "life is, in a word, revenge".  I now live to spread revenge.

In my current area, all the humans say "Life is, in a word, games".

In the previous version they all used to say "Life is, in a word, fish"(or was it fishing?). I then proceeded to throw carp at them.

He he he.  Yeah, it almost looks done...  alas...  those who are in your teens, hold on until your twenties...  those in your twenties, your thirties...  others, cling to life as you are able...
It should be pretty fun though.

I found a city in the burning southern desert of one world that told me that life was rain. With the new boiling rain, I would suspect what they meant was that death is rain. That's probably why they lived in the desert... to avoid the rain.

To the dorf pulling the lever, the lever is just a lever. The magma pouring out of the mountainside is just a coincidence. To the dorf designing a pump stack from the magma sea, it is just that: a pump stack. No specific reason for it. It will never do anything.
for reasons best knows to themselves, the elves decided to explode

there was that old gem back in .28: "life is, in a word, death"
or "when you wake up in the morning, consider suicide"

Ahh... Nothing was more inspiring to me than the village leader telling me to always consider suicide wherever I go.

The leader of this "Games" religion is none other than the "High Distraction".

I love DF.

Spheres are also hardcoded, which is what made the claim really implausible.
