Fear factor

If anyone played Stronghold they probably know what I am about to suggest.
In dev notes implementing scaring your opponent is mentioned.
But using fear on your dwarf isn't, you know like staking them, public executions and stuff like that. That will make repeating the same crime less probable(especially for the executed dwarf). Not to be done automatically of course, I don't need a bunch of dead dwarves for no reason.

So what do you say forum dwellers?

The noble Tigser Ekurtabmik cancels issue ridiculous mandate: Interupted by Hammerdwarf.

That'll teach those dang nobles...  Now, ordering the Hammerdwarf to be punished would be the interesting part.

What crimes are you trying to scare away with killing other dwarves?
Trantums? Execute somebody's relative and see how many trantums you avoided.
Production violations? As if you got any form of control about that anyway.
Export violations? Same as production violations.
