Hauling and Mules

Usually in the late game, after sieges your fortress will be full of hauling orders. How about mules or horses used by dwarves for hauling by making saddlebags for them?

From the bloat list:

# Bloat10, WHEELBARROWS, (Future): Wheelbarrows could be made and used by haulers to do several jobs at once. The AI for this is complicated though.
