For the moment, London is under my control due to it being King Williams Pad. Hopefully, our people will breed heavily so we can get some heirs for people.

Spartan, you have two cogs at the moment, each working independently. One of them is slightly east of London, inside the channel, the other a bit west.

Archangel, right now Caen has a garrison quarters and a port. For now, I would recommend the disbanding of some units and some economic buildings.

Disband the peasants and give 2 units of spear militia to the royal army. Build a Grain Exchange, Dirt Roads and a Land Clearance.

Metal militia, sure.
 Also, there is no Royal Army really, so unless you say something before I get off of school later today I'll disband them alongside the peasant. A grain exchange can only be built in cities, but I think the roads and land clearance will manage most of your treasury for now.
