Okay, so the program I editted into my last post seems like it'll be extremely useful for this, it even has a little virtual keyboard you can control with the mouse which you can edit the song with and it tells you which notes on the keyboard to press. The fact that my piano isn't next to my computer and that I can't print the music out is a problem, though I prefer playing by ear anyway.

EDIT1: Found a way to make sheet music on this program, but it costs $30.

Let's see if Google can fix this...
Export to MIDI, convert MIDI to score?

It has an export MIDI button, though you have to pay $30 for it to convert it to score.

However, I found another program which has a free trial, and so far it seems promising, though the clefs are kinda weird. I may have some sheet music ready to post here soon.

EDIT1:
http://www.midiillustrator.com/download.htm
get the Virtuoso trial, then open the Dorf MIDI file from your thread.

Voila. Go to File > Print and it seems you can print it without any hassle (I don't have a printer handy at this computer, so I don't know). Unfortunately, I don't know how to convert this to an image without simply stitching together screenshots.

EDIT2: Anyone know how to view/convert .xps files?

Well, here it is, for whatever it's worth. I don't know how useful it'll be, though.

Essentially, I just converted the MIDI file to something which looked like score and copy-pasted it into GIMP, saving it as .png

That's good, but one small problem...
Rather than being in treble/bass at the same time like piano score is usually done in, it keeps switching between the two. :'(

*shrug*

I guess I could try to fix that and make a new one later. Or someone else could.
