I've also been using your tileset for years, since I first started playing - I really think it's just the best, and I hope you find time to continue with it soon.

I built this package by manually applying the roflOr Mayday diffs and files for Linux from github (https://github.com/rofl0r/df-mayday), to the Windows version. It runs, built a world, did an embark, and looks okay. I have not had time to really play with it. Compatable versions of Dwarf Therapist and DFHack are included. If and when there is an official Mayday release, I'll probably redo this.

Me too. I really, really hope he continues with this, it's just hands down the best tileset I've found.

There really hasn't been any icon changes to the game has there? Just replace the art folders with the current version right?

Haven't commented on this texture pack yet, but it's great. I've been using it for years, it's my first, and I'm probably not leaving it.

It's gonna suck to learn a new graphics set. I hadn't noticed this great loss to the DF community until recently. I'd still been in year 2 of learning 31.25.

Mike, thank you for updating your graphics set for 34.11! I've downloaded it and I will install and enjoy it as soon as I've finished this post. Sorry to hear that life isn't treating you well - I hope it's only temporary and that things improve soon. Glad to see you back on the internet, anyway. Thanks again!  :)

I posted some explanations on my website. Sorry for the disappearance guys. While the thought of emerging as a new, beautiful creature sounds nice, I haven't done all that much work on myself in the meantime. We'll see how things go, I guess.

Just a question is it normal that winter trees look like these?

they are snow covered birch, alder, ash...

other trees look normal as you can see on the screen
