How do you upload a save?

Suppose I want to upload a bugged save to http://dffd.wimbli.com/.  Which file(s) do I send?  I thought I'd figured it out, and was trying to upload a world.sav whose file date seemed to match my most recent save, but that site wouldn't accept a .sav file, so I suspect I may have gotten the wrong idea about which file(s) contain the relevant data.

I think you would need to include the entire region folder (the folder inside saves with the name of whatever game your loading).
